Production & Delivery Time

Since all our products are made-to-order, we take the time to ensure each item is carefully crafted. Production typically takes 5-7 business days, and shipping may take an additional 7-14 business days, depending on your location.

In total, please allow 2-3 weeks from the time of your order for delivery. We appreciate your patience and promise it’s worth the wait!

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO military addresses. Please provide a physical address at checkout to avoid any shipping delays.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, we’ll update our policy.

Address Changes & Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee changes after this timeframe, as orders may already be in production.

Lost or Stolen Packages

PulsePrints is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please check with your local postal carrier first and then reach out to us for further assistance.
